Maui Fish ‘N Chips was started in 2015 by our mentors and friends, who introduced us to the awesome and unique flavors at Maui Fish ‘N Chips. Everything on our menu is made using our homemade recipes, including our famous sauces that we make every day. Many of the flavors you experience at Maui Fish ‘N Chips are from the former Alexader’s restaurant, including the light and delicious batter we use.
